Centro Servizi Industrie S.r.l. – MESAP Innovation Cluster will proceed to the processing of the above data in accordance with the legislation on data protection as well as the obligations and guarantees of law, contract and regulation.
The above data will be processed only by specifically authorized and trained internal personnel and may be communicated to the SSI Trademark Owner – EPoSS e.V. – European Technology Platform on Smart Systems Integration – with registered office in Steinplatz, 1 -10623 Berlin.

The data will be processed with the tools and methods deemed appropriate to protect security and confidentiality. Data treatment will be carried out either manually or through the use of electronic or automated tools, for which specific physical and computerized protection measures are adopted.

As a general rule, the data will be processed for the time necessary defined by the contract between MESAP Innovation Cluster and EPoSS Association (3 years from January 1st, 2020) and the subsequent 12 months after the end of it.
